The Great Woolnough Wedding

From the very moment I entered the venue at Sand Springs Country Club, I was in complete awe. I had been there a few times before and had stood in that very spot, but I had never seen it like THIS! There were luxurious crystal centerpieces topped with paper flowers, gold geometric embellishments, beautiful mercury glass, pillar candles, and feathers of all sizes. Had I traveled back to the 1920’s ? Nope! I was at The Great Woolnough Wedding.

If you think this wedding was like other weddings you have attended you would be wrong…

Before the ceremony started the Groom and his party headed over to the Grand Bank where I photographed my first bank robbery! We did our very own photoshoot at the bank, while Videographer Jonathan Edwards made a mini movie of the heist taking place.

The Bride and groom danced their first dance to a song that they had sang and recorded especially for that moment.

And…….

To make the event even more spectacular, the guests arrived dressed in Art Deco fashion!
